Oil Theft

Hello to the residents of Flitcham. My name is Julie Squires and my Mum is Margaret Squires. Mum’s sister and my Aunt was the late Elizabeth Osborne.
I believe the property you are speaking of belongs to us.
After a few trips to England to make arrangements for my Aunts passing, and legal and realtor appointments, we had discovered that not only has someone stolen the oil from the tank, but the lawn mower, garden furniture, tools from the sheds, and most of my Aunt’s contents from the skip we’re also taken. My Aunt’s wishes was for some of her belongings to be sent to the garbage, not to have them resold by others. And some other items given to a select household. While there last week, I did manage to find one of the people who were using our skip and property as their garbage dump. So I returned their garbage to them much to their upset. Now, as of yesterday, someone has dumped their hedge clippings around the back of my Grandads garage, just behind Aunt Liz’s garage so no one can see. This is very upsetting to not only me, but also my Mum. She cannot understand how anyone could use the skip we paid for at £600, take things that do not belong to them (unless some people were offered) and continue to dump on our land. My Aunt hadn’t even been buried, while all of this was happening. We have logged a file with the police and have an open docket. The constable assigned to the case was around to the house April 17th. Tomorrow, I will be contacting the Norfolk Council about the garden dumping on the land part of which belongs to them.
I just wanted to set you mind at ease if you are concerned for your own fuel tank. I do believe that it was simply someone taking advantage of a situation as sad as it may be.
Also, I have met some very lovely people in the village whom admired my Aunt and her kindness, and I am very glad our paths have crossed. You know who you are and I look very forward to seeing you all again in the very near future.
Kind regards,
Julie
